Every single agent in our office has been hand picked to give you all that and we personally ensure that you are happy the way things are going. Your agent will always answer your calls or get back to you in less than two hours.
Green commission.
Through our Green Real Estate program we give you a large portion of the commission back to spend on improving the energy efficiency of your home, or replacing your old car with a hybrid or switch to Bullfrog Power or even donate it to World Wildlife Fund Canada . You can also make a combination of all of the above in any proportions you like.
Additionally, Greener Living Realty will make a symbolic wildlife adoption from WWF Canada for each seller or buyer that books an appointment with us to discuss their Toronto real estate service needs.*
